Editorial policy
Open Beauty Review aims to make beauty information readable, careful and independent. We distinguish what a product label says from what can reasonably be concluded from it.
Accuracy and clarity
We check wording, names and explanations before publication and take care not to turn a product description into a proven outcome. Where information is incomplete or uncertain, we say so. Readers should not treat general articles as individual health advice.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for reader relevance, not to guarantee favourable coverage. A commercial relationship does not entitle a partner to determine our conclusions. We aim to explain comparisons fairly and avoid claims that go beyond the information available.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or unclear statement, please contact us with the article title and the passage in question. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers.
Partners and illustrations
Paid, gifted or partner-supported material is identified clearly where it appears. We do not present promotional material as independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when an image could be mistaken for a documentary photograph, we identify it accordingly.
