What makes a strong pitch

Send a focused idea with a working title, a short account of its central point and a few lines on how you would make it useful to readers. Tell us which part of beauty it addresses and what the reader will understand by the end. We favour evergreen subjects that do not depend on a new launch or unsupported claims.

Writing with care

Contributions should be original, specific and easy to follow. Explain specialist terms, distinguish personal experience from general information, and avoid presenting health claims as established fact. Disclose relevant commercial interests or product relationships when you pitch.
